About Our Organization...

At Cross Purposes, we feel that the most important thing we can do is help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In order to do that, we want to make available a wide selection of Christian books, Bibles, music, videos, and merchandise to our local and online customers.

Because we make our home in a rural area with no Christian bookstore, we wanted to provide a means of getting these things for our neighbors. Our ultimate goal is to open a physical location in the greater Cumberland, MD area, so first we’re building our customer base through the web.

Cross Purposes is partnered with the Christian Review of Books, one of the leading resources for book reviews from the Christian perspective. We are proud to not only offer expert opinions on many of our titles, but also to make available the titles the CRoB reviews.
