Great Toddler Bible with very poor binding! Aug 23, 2009
I have 2.5 yr. old twins and they have enjoyed this Bible tremendously. This is their first choice of book to read at any time during the day. It's got great illustrations, a clean page layout, and the stories are a perfect length for this age. I'd give it 5 stars for content, but as far as the construction goes it's one of the worst I've seen. There's a nifty handle on it, but includes no closure on the other side. When it's picked up, the pages fan out and pull away from the binding. We've gotten 3 copies of this Bible so far (in the last 9 mo.) and the covers have all torn off within a couple of months. My kids have been careful with these last 2 that I purchase so they aren't even using the handles. The Bibles are still pretty wrecked. I'd recommend reinforcing the binding if you actually plan to use the Bible.
A good Bible for K-1st graders Dec 2, 2008
I lead a group of Kindergarten and First grade boys at our church and used this Bible to reiterate the week's lesson. The artwork is well done cartoonish but respectfully drawn images. Key bible stories are reduced to a single page, with related artwork on the opposite page. The kids liked seeing the images that went along with the stories.
We ask that parents give each child a bible, this would be a great one for the non or early reading age. There is also a cute little dove to find lurking in each drawing, which the church kids (and my own) enjoyed searching for.
Wonderful Bible for Toddlers Jul 11, 2008
My 2 year old son & I love reading this Bible. This Bible eloquently explains the stories of the Bible for children. My son also loves the beautiful illustrations and finding the 'little white bird' on every page. Excellent Beginners Bible!!!!!!
We LOVE it! Jun 2, 2008

This is a wonderful Bible Story book for my kindergarten grandson. Vivid pictures along with well-written stories make Bible stories appealing to youngsters.
